With a strong academic foundation, he earned his PhD in Marketing after completing a Master's degree in the same field, following a bachelor's degree in International Business. His almae matres are UFRGS and Concordia University, Canada.

Paulo's extensive academic career has seen him in the role of an MBA professor and as a faculty member at a federal university, where he made significant contributions to the field of Marketing. His passion for international academia led him to take on various professorship positions abroad.

Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Paulo Dalpian took a bold step to bridge the gap between academia and practical knowledge. He transitioned into the world of IT and data, where he now applies his scholarly insights to real-world challenges.
